I had a really good experience with sterling. Especially, speaking with Michaell over the phone. He was very professional and, made the experience pleasant, and easy. Extremely bad services. Signed up to be a rider for deliveroo - they did all the checks and everything was fine. Was working for 2 weeks no problems at all, suddenly my accounts closed and they need to do another DBS Check... Weird... so I send documents again, wait a week.. no reply.. I get another email saying you need to re-upload documents.... So I did it again.... waited a few days, nothing.. so I emailed them and asked whats going on? why am I able to work for 2 weeks if the checks didn't go through properly ? their reply was very sarcastic through email and basically said I have to wait 10-15 days for the checks to be done. An that I should ignore any emails from deliveroo asking to upload documents again.... a Multi million £ company that cannot do a simple DBS check on someone born and raised in the UK with a university degree. What a shambles of a company. There are people that work for deliveroo that cannot even speak English and are able to pass their " checks ". Just over a month of all this hassle for nothing... Do yourself a favor and avoid Sterling/Deliveroo
