Awfull. I was literally trying for weeks to veryfy my ID with the Share Code and everytime my application was declined. There is no info how to apply using share code. You can not download anything using your phone, only on computer, but you have to dig to find out about it because there is NO info about it on actual website. Then you try to download your document in PDF as asked on one of forums ( where you dig for any info to help you get through this sick system) and it wont allow you to add PDF. Seriously? Shame that such a simple thing like veryfying your right to work can be so frustrating. Unbelievable

Absolute rubbish company. There is no option to check your right to work by Share Code. Both of the buttons (Take a picture and Upload a picture) just open the camera, and none of them allow you to upload any document or screenshot. However, they ask you to upload a document. How on earth I'll do it? Customer service seems to be from the other planet. Dodgy business.

Process was easy to understand and complete.

Currently trying to complete a background check on Sterling for Uber. However, the website doesn't work at all. When you click to continue with your screening it directs you straight to a blank white page and is the same on all other internet browsers. Completely useless and mentally draining. I am losing time and money considering I have paid for motor insurance and cannot work because Sterling have an awful glitched website where you cannot proceed with your application. On top of that the customer service is non existent as there is no one to talk to on the phone and the email service to ask for help is the most unresponsive and unhelpful thing I have ever seen.

Sterling Check refuses to conduct my background check in the manner required by the county courthouse. On Oct 16, Rover requested a background check for me using Sterling Check. Because Kansas court system is down due to a security breach, all background checks must be done via fax with the county courthouse. Despite multiple notifications, Sterling Check refuses to send the background check as required by the courthouse and paid for. I have contacted the county courthouse on multiple occasions; they checked their records and have never once received a background check request from Sterling Check for me. Sterling claims they sent it but it's clear they are falsifying this. This background check was paid for and this company this refusing to fulfill the paid service. Also providing falsified statements. This is considered fraud.

There were very through and detailed. I should of started earlier, but, there was a screening drug test and background check which takes time.

Back ground verification of the candidate you are taking lots of time. Untill you provide feedback job with the company is not guaranteed. Candidate will be waiting patiently for your response. If waiting period is reduced a bit that will be helpful.
