I was told to do a pre-employment check through this company in which i tried to complete the survey as soon as i received it. Unfortunately, it has been an incredibly frustrating process as I have added all the required information but for some reason the system won't add it properly and stating I have an issue and cannot proceed to signing the document. I contacted customer service to find a solution to this in which it took 1 week and a bit to respond to my query. When they did respond, they gave me a generic answer which did not answer my query at all. I tried again and showed screenshots in which they yet again did not provide any real answers and solution. Considering it is a time-sensitive link it has caused so much stress and frustration and currently still no resolve.

Uploading documents site need to be improve.when we had a mistake we can't update or correct back.no any mail or update to the mail .site was confued and complecated. Costumer care was fast and friendly.

In terms of how well they have designed their portal/application that is just so user friendly and everything about the experience with them is so convenient smooth & swift.
