This is a 3rd party background check similar to checkr . It will get you a pre adverse bias decision making which will guarantee cost you a job . It’s not fair system that’s for sure and who ever is plugging in the information writes it up just nice and sweet to make you look bad . They said my head on collision not fault was “accident” didn’t state the disposition of any real facts and flagged me for pre adverse. Then sterling wants you to contact them to dispute the information all for them to run you in circles with the same dam results. I wish I could find an attorney and lawsuit the hell out of this company and checkr for mislabeled and misleading background check information.
