The customer service representatives are awesome. They are pleasant to speak with, understand your questions and provide great responses. It would be nice to know where you are in process. For example, we are waiting on your background check to clear from this county and everything else is good to go. Also, a closer rimeframe instead of an estimated one. The site was super easy to use but it would hqve been helpful to provide specific information about submitting documents on the site. For example, listing to remove salary information from a paystub prior to submitting one and following up with customer service to determine information was not accepted due to salary information being included in the original paperwork. Other than that, not bad at all. Thank you for your help.

Appalling company, you have to jump through so many unnecessary hoops to get the “right” information to them and the customer service has no empathy or compassion to individual situations, all just robots!
