Absolutely useless. They basically get you to do all the work for them and tell you 'Need more info' used them for a job based in Ireland so they use a call centre based somewhere in Asia for a company based out of London !!! Says it all.

I had an issue of submitting my documents for that I mail them the issue after that they send me another mail id through the message after that I submitted all of my documents which they have asked to me. They are quick responser.

It was definitely thorough, however if you moved several places (homes, apts, etc), you can NOT leave any gaps! Normally, this would not have been an issue, but over the past three years, we were buying and selling a house, and once I gathered all the dates, it accepted the form. I did request a copy of the background check sent to me, but I never received it until I contacted the company.
