Lee at Stellar Scientific is extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I needed plastic test tubes, for a craft project versus an actual medical necessity, Lee still helped find the perfect tubes for me. They arrived quickly and the communication has been great every step of the way. I was blown away by the customer service and kindness. The kids will have so much fun making their sensory tubes, and I will definitely be recommending Stellar Scientific to my friends in the medical community.

Stellar Scientific has the best customer service. They are very responsive and take every effort possible to satisfy their customers. Their products are very good and prices are reasonable as well. I recommend them for any kind of needs for you lab.

saved a few bucks, shipped very fast.

Placed an online order for a item that turned out to be backordered. Customer service got in touch with me soon after I placed the order to notify me of the backorder and then of the estimated ship date on the day after. Order arrived much sooner than expected. Overall an easy transaction. Thanks!

love our freezer boxes

This was the first time I had dealt with Stellar Scientific. I was extremely impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the individuals of the company I spoke with were. The items came exactly in the time-frame they had promised. I even got a thank-you from the president of the company. This type of customer service is something from the bygone years of decades ago. How refreshing to see it in the 21st century!
