Due to the limited detail in the description of the product I didn't order the item that was going to suit my needs. However, it was very easy to work with customer service to figure out which product was right and get it exchanged. Better description of the products on the website would have helped, but the customer service couldn't be beat.

Thank you Paulo for shopping on our website. It seems there has been a miscommunication that I am hoping we can clear up. I was given a copy of the communications my team sent to you about this order. There was the initial exchange on 12/27/17 concerning restrictions on shipping this item any way other than ground. You replied with permission to send another way. The follow up email was sent to you on 12/28/17 as the order was prepped for shipment and we noticed a second problem, that the shipping address was a private residence. Apparently, you did not see this email and we received no response. I am not sure what more we could have done at that point since we had no way of knowing if you had seen the email or not. Many of the chemicals we sell can be used in ways not consistent with their intended purposes. We are therefore very careful and deliberate in how we process these orders. You communicated with us from a hotmail account, made reference to a home business but gave no business name or particulars and then, to the best of our knowledge, did not reply when asked for a proper business address. Given this, I think it is not too difficult to understand why we did not make any additional attempt to reach you when we got no response from that last email. If we erred, then I am sorry about that. We have issued you a full refund for your purchase so you can use those funds to obtain this chemical from a different supplier. In the end, it was the missing information that raised red flags and slowed things down. I hope you understand this was not a customer service issue, but a matter of safety.
