Did you not receive this update in your account? Please let us know that the notification system is working correctly. We are aware of issues with our phones and I apologize for the inconvenience. We have an open work order to move our phones to VOIP which should make for a significant improvement over our current provider. Hopefully this week that will be completed. Thank you Stephen for sharing your feedback with us. The team discussed your order at length today and we'd like to share the following. This order (placed Dec 20th) of conical tubes was so large, it could only ship by freight, which would have been extraordinarily costly to deliver to a residential address and not covered by our free shipping policy. We reached out to you immediately by email on Dec. 20th to notify you that a commercial address was needed to complete the order. Today, six days later, you called us around noon to ask why the order had not shipped. Before we could explain what was needed, you notified a customer service representative that you would take your business elsewhere. We had additional concerns with this order because you made it sound like the order was placed on behalf of a large, well known company, yet requested this very sizable order be sent to your personal residence. Despite this highly irregular situation, we would have been willing to ship this order had you responded timely and agreed to additional freight charges or given us a commercial address where we possibly could have absorbed the less expensive freight. Given the above, we believe we acted in a reasonable and responsible manner. Obviously you feel differently and have the freedom to express your opinion.

Thank you for your business Kunhua and for sharing your experience with us! There is a field where we do enter the tracking numbers for orders when they ship. Did you not receive a notification about it? We completely agree with you though. It is very helpful for customers to know when their orders ship and when to expect them to arrive!
