Amazing customer service
I reached out to Stellar Scientific to follow up on an order we placed and they responded to my inquiry within the hour. I wanted to especially thank Michelle and Elisa on the team who are always so helpful and quick to respond to my questions. They are so lovely to work with!

Great customer service
Great customer service! I appreciate the time the rep took to help me understand and make an informed decision about which products would best fit my needs. I also appreciate that they specify on their site which items are made in the USA.

Stellar Scientific Exceeded My Expectations
I recently had to navigate a return process with Stellar Scientific and Michelle Monteith-Jones in customer service made the entire experience completely painless. She communicated clearly throughout the process, coordinated returns with two separate vendors, and went above and beyond at every turn. That is the kind of service you just do not see very often. Stellar Scientific has earned my respect and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any lab or research facility.

What a special review to wake up to today! Thank you so much William for taking the time to write this beautiful tribute to Michelle. Again and again she demonstrates her passion for service and commitment to the Stellar values that drive our company. She is an absolute superstar and we are deeply humbled to have her on the team. We appreciate your kind words and hearing we are so well thought of.

Received product quickly
Received product quickly. Shipping was expensive.
Response from Stellar ScientificApr 20, 2026
Thank you very much Armando for your business and for taking time from your busy day to share very important and helpful feedback with us! It seems that the item you ordered requires cold shipping and must go overnight. It's crazy how much a small package can cost in such a situation. We will speak with the supplier to see if there was any other way we could have gotten these to you quicker and for less money.
