First paid online on a Friday night and printed the lab form. Went Saturday morning to quest lab for 10 panel STD test. Main test I needed was chlamydia, but figured I would take advantage of the opportunity and have the 10 panel done. They told me 24 to 48 hours for results. Monday I get a notification with preliminary results that only told me the specimens made it to the lab - however - The chlamydia test could not be done because the specimen was sent in the wrong collection kit (lab error), ugh. They only offered to either refund that portion of the test or give another order to go do it again. No compensation for the inconvenience of having to go back to the lab again and then wait even longer time. Now it’s Tuesday night & I still have NO results from either set of tests. I should’ve had my results by now. The longer we wait the longer I go without medication to treat it. At this point I should’ve just went to urgent care or patient first 🤦🏼‍♀️
