The purchase & testing was simple and easy, however, they lead customers on by talking about a 'doctor consult' on the order page, when that is not actually included in what you get - it's an extra $95 charge! This information is NOWHERE on their site (I checked with chat support) and saying we can get a doctor consult without listing it as an extra cost is incredibly misleading.
