The online process has a video that explains everything clearly and when filling out the registration info it is direct and to the point.

I like the interface of the website. However I would really appreciate if you remove the video from the first pages. I accidentially clicked it with my smartphone so all my colleagues could hear the first sentence: "STD's -- Sexually transmitable diseases".

I have used sights like this in the past and I thin this is a very good thing they are doing. Dr's cost way to much in this day and age.
