Had absolutely no issues getting tested - I hadn't printed out the paper like I was supposed to, as I was in a rush, and called the 1-800 number. Immediately was helped, paperwork was faxed to the appropriate clinic. Was in and out within thirty minutes, and received my test results around 30 hours later.
