No hassle experience

Very professional, fast and efficient. The staff and phlebotomist were great! It was pain free and so smooth. 5 stars!!!!

Purchased test online. Followed the instructions to submit a sample. Was told the results would arrive in 2 days. That was a week ago. I have reached out to them twice and both times they say the results will be available the next day. If I had known they were incompetent I would have gone someplace else.

I do not know how the company functions after payment, but the freedom for users to harass people is absolutely shocking. There SHOULD NOT be a way for users to send these types of texts / emails UNLESS they have purchased the service, tested positive, and within the text it states what you may have. It can remain totally anonymous, that's fine. But there needs to be a way to avoid user harassment. Now I need to go out and pay for a test since I recently got out of a relationship and I don't know if she's being vindictive or if she may actually just be trying to help. Who knows because it's free. Apparently this company is doing good things, so keep up the good work I guess, just fix the way your site functions for non-customers. Thanks

Cancellation policy is BS. Called service and was told to wait for about a week of business days and yet, 2 weeks have passed with no refund. Contacted them 2 days ago and was guaranteed a reply within 48 hours but guess what? Nothing. They STOLE my freakin money. Don't trust this shady organization
