The free consultation is a scam. I was charged $95 for the so-called "free consultation" and no one has a good explanation for that, one specialist even told me they do not offer a free consultation at all, another said they do, different stories. Apart from that, good.

They trick you into purchasing a panel of tests, but leave out a crucial one, then hit you for it after the purchase for an additional $95. When you go to cancel then a 20% fee. Scam. This puts them $50 more expensive than other websites
