I needed to be tested -- so I paid for the 10 panel test, and was tested last Monday, November 19th. It is now Friday night, (November 23rd) and I haven't heard any results. I tried to leave a message -- but nobody has contacted me back. I tried to call the 24/7 toll-free number, but it turns out, there are limited hours, and the call service center wasn't taking calls. So, no 24/7 communication. This is a scam.

Highly recommended! I would highly recommend anyone using this company for their STD testing. The website is very user friendly. Once I went for my bloodwork, I got numerous notices as each test result was received and I got the entire results within 2 days..with one of those days even being a holiday!

The site does not make it clear that certain tests take up to four days. That was not made known to me until I pusrchased the test and received the confirmation. Because it is taking longer than two days, the wait time runs into Thanksgiving, make it more likely that I will receive my results on a Monday, a full week after giving the blood sample. If I had know I would need to wait a week, I would have gone to my doctor’s office which would have been cover by insurance. Please be more honest on your website.
