I went to do my testing on Monday during lunch, by Tuesday morning I received my results.

As I was signing in the lady said loudly "Who sent you? What are you here for today? I told her its for personal and that my papers were faxed over." Instead of just looking for my paper it seemed like she kept asking questions that I don't want to blurt out in the office." On top of that the website is misleading stating that your name will not be on the paper but it is! And the website says you dont have to sign the paper at the end but they said I had to, to confirm everything was correct. I don't know these people so at the end of the day I dont care what they think about why I'm getting a test, because it's my health; HOWEVER I was mislead and uncomfortable due to my expectations not being met. Can't fully blame the website for the behavior of the staff it did not feel like a smooth and professional process. And confidentiality seems to be the main topic that you stand by on the website and the main reason that one would choose your company. You really failed to live up to that. There should definitely be some type of understanding between you and the business/staff that you partner with to prevent this behavior pattern. Hopefully it will be better in the future.
