Was promised a view of the fountains on the strip had to use all off our points plus $400 for our stay at the jockey club where we signed a year ago. Our view a concrete wall . Checked in ,elevator broken ,ice machine broken , maitenence was on our floor with a pesticide spray. Monday I asked to be moved or if a better room was available was told no property is booked solid. Although we met people who were able to walk up and check in as civilians no ownership needed . Noise from hallway and elevators all night long . The service is great as a regular guest but if you’re an owner then you do not matter they already have your money.

My experience with Sapphire Resorts was extremely disappointing. I attended what was presented as a vacation package presentation, only to later discover that I was being sold a timeshare. I do not feel that the nature of the product was clearly explained from the beginning. The sales presentation was high-pressure and filled with promises that ultimately did not match my actual experience. I was told I would have the flexibility to book vacations whenever I wanted, for as long as I wanted, and that traveling would be easy and convenient. After signing, I quickly learned that there were significant limitations, availability issues, and restrictions that were never fully disclosed during the presentation. I feel that I was misled about the benefits and flexibility of ownership. The experience has been frustrating, and the value I was promised has not materialized. If you are considering Sapphire Resorts, take your time, read every document carefully, and do not rely solely on what is said during the sales presentation. Sapphire Resorts has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. The sales presentation was full of promises that never matched reality once the contract was signed. Booking availability is extremely limited, fees continue to increase, and customer service has been frustrating and unhelpful every time I’ve tried to get answers. What they advertise and what owners actually experience are completely different. Trying to get assistance or resolve issues feels impossible, and they make it incredibly difficult to exit the timeshare. I regret ever getting involved with Sapphire Resorts and would strongly recommend that others do extensive research before signing anything. If you are considering buying a timeshare with Sapphire Resorts, be very careful and read every detail before committing. In my experience, it has been stressful, expensive, and not worth it.

We contacted Sapphire recently to discuss a reasonable settlement of our loan so we can end services. They did not respond to our email, even after we followed up with them, and this is not the first time they have ghosted us. We explained to them that their salespeople lied to us and that we have never been able to use our membership to take a vacation. They are taking thousands of dollars of our hard-earned money and providing no service in return. However, even though they have done nothing to deserve our money, we still expressed that we are open to a settlement, but they seem content to keep us trapped. To anyone reading this who is thinking about signing up with them, our advice is RUN.

Most unprofessional, scamming company I've ever dealt with. The trashy manager was so unprofessional and condescending, she should wb working at a Dollar Tree as a bagger. She had no empathy in the fact we were lied to and did not have any comprehension of why we were upset about not getting what we were told in return to sitting through the BS tine share crap. Don't waste your time or money for this trashy company.

We are writing to express our frustration with the years of poor service we have received. We were lured into this deal with a barrage of false promises and representations that have never been fulfilled. Our vacation experience was a total nightmare, characterized by subpar accommodations that were nothing like what we were shown during the sales pitch. What is even more disturbing is the company's complete indifference after we reported these issues; the member services department showed not an ounce of concern, leaving us to figure it out ourselves. We are now being forced to continue making payments for a useless membership that provides no value and only causes financial strain. We want to provide a strong warning to others: do not get involved with this company. This timeshare is nothing but a deceptive money trap, and we regret ever getting involved.

If I could give a 0 star I would. They are the biggest scam. Say the presentation will be 30min but then turns into 190mins. Offer 200$ slot play which only way you can cash out if you hit a jackpot. don’t fall for this scam. Enjoy your time in Vegas and don’t waste like me and my wife did. They offer everyone else something else. SCAMMMMM
