Spectacular Apartment & View
The apartment was extremely spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The view & amenities were spectacular! It truly felt like a home away from home. It also was near a lot of great food spots & so close to downtown Miami where I needed to be. Checking in/out was easy and the entire process was smooth. Would stay here again!

The whole place was super clean and…
The whole place was super clean and big!! Definitely my choice of stay when visiting miami!! Felt like i’m at home the whole trip :)

I really enjoyed my stay
I really enjoyed my stay . The condo was nicely clean for great views didn’t even have to carry my bags upstairs or down valet did. Definitely stay again.

I stayed there for several months
I stayed there for several months, I would certainly recommend as it has everything you need, great location and the staff are very helpful.

Old Town Philly
We were going to explore the old city of Philadelphia for two nights before going on a one week cruise on NCL. What was needed was a quiet, reasonably and priced place to stay. The ARCO at 1234 Locust Street was perfect. A location almost in City Hall surrounded by great restaurants and everything the old town had to offer. This is the easiest check in and out, the room was clean and it totally worked. We will look them up in their other locations first. Staycozy is a keeper.
