I'd been looking at a couple of things at Stateside for quite a while, but had never ordered. I was a first time customer, placed my order easily and couldn't believe how fast it came. When I got the package I couldn't figure out what it was at first because I wasn't expecting it for at least another day or two.

Love the Beads, etc. and the service. The shipping was confusing. I thought I had chosen the pouch shipping and I think the items would have fit. but when I looked at the invoice you had applied the most expensive shipping. I probably will shop around next time to get a better shipping rate. Again, your service was great except for shipping costs.

Carol, We make every attempt to give you the lowest shipping price available, and should you have any questions regarding the shipping costs, please don't hesitate to call us. USPS and UPS have restrictions based on size and weight of products for each shipping category, and we will try to work with you to get you the best deal based on these restrictions.

I ordered 2 one dozen units of magnetic clasps. One of the clasp units was short 7 clasps at the warehouse. Statewide Bead refunded the difference before the shipment went out and emailed me the information. Refreshing to do business with an honest company. I will be shopping with them again.

I love the products, but the shipping is high for the small amount that I buy.
