I have shopped at Stateside Bead Supply …
I have shopped at Stateside Bead Supply for all of my magnetic bead supplies; however, my experience with my most recent order was not satisfactory. I ordered beads a week ago, paid for expedited shipping and I still have not received my items. This may be a combination of Stateside or the United States Postal Service, but I needed these beads for a rush order which I was not able to fulfill in time. I will continue to shop Stateside Bead Supply, but I felt since you asked for my opinion, I would give you my honest feedback.

Thank you Marcy, for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate it! We received your order on Saturday and it was shipped the following Monday morning. Unfortunately, USPS took a week to deliver your Priority Mail package. This may happen, as Priority Mail delivery is not guaranteed to arrive on a specific date. During the holiday season or whenever you need a package to arrive at a specific time, we encourage you to select 2 Day or 3 Day delivery which is a guaranteed delivery service. If you have any questions or need further assistance with your orders, please call or email us. Over the weekend, we check our emails regularly and can help you get what you need, when you need it. Though the shipment was fast
Though the shipment was fast. The product did not have a strong enough magnetic attraction. I am unable to use these for my intended purpose.

Ashley, the magnetic beads you order are the regular power 6mm magnetic beads. We carry a high power 6mm magnetic bead that may suit your needs far better. You are welcome to return them if you are not satisfied or you can exchange them for the high power version. Hope this helps!

Quick delivery and well packaged product. but extrememly disappointed with my purchase.
The rainbow magnetic beads looked colorful and shiny on the website. When I received them I was disappointed to see that they were not colorful or shiny and that they are very small compared to the picture. The picture does say not actual size. They also are much less magnetic than I thought they would be. I would not purchase any items from this company again. All that said, the order was handled quickly and I received the order very quickly. It wasn't the service I didn't like, it was the product.

We aim to provide the best quality beads to our customers, and if you are not satisfied with any item in your order, simply return it. Each of our photos is listed with the actual measurements of the bead in millimeters. We supply a larger photo for customers to see the bead in detail. Our photos are an actual representation of our beads, some beads will vary due to the nature of the bead itself. Stones and some colors, like magnetic rainbow, may vary from bead to bead. If you are not happy with your product, please return it to us for a refund.
