It took a little too long to get my order.

Our apologies, Ruth, for the late arrival of your package. Even though we shipped your package right after the New Year's holiday, your package got hung up due to adverse weather, aka the bomb cyclone, that hit your area. Oh, how we wish we could control the movements of USPS and storms. Please note, this is not a typical turn around time for packages. Most packages arrive within 2 to 4 days. I'll make a note on your account to give you free shipping on your next order and pray the weather is more cooperative!

Product runs out often and remains unavailable.
This store offers a great selection of product but runs out of certain items quite often and it tends to remain unavailable for months at a time. E-mailing customer support doesn't seem to warrant much help.

Good evening Mitchell, our apology for the inconvenience! With our great selection of products comes high volume of sales and turnover on products that are popular. Most items we can get back in stock within days, but some are specially made to order and can take a while to get back in stock. We apologize for this inconvenience, and a working on overlapping our production to keep more items in stock. Although, this isn't always possible, as we have had a few wholesale buyers buy out the entire lot. You can always leave your email with us along with your request for notification when the merchandise becomes available. We are happy to notify you when items are in stock, or if you are in need of a large quantity, we can special order merchandise to accommodate your needs. Hope this helps. They have no customer service
I tried to contact them numerous times and got no response. The beads were good though....

Shipping is fast but the sizes suck!
I purchased two rings the first being a #10 and second being a #11, they are both the same ring. They both fit my husband the same way, I can't tell which is which. I would definitely love for my husband to have a ring but I've ordered two already, I don't know how to return or to even find out why they are the same when the site states different.

Great Beads but Too Pricey
The beads were really nice, but I thought it should have been more beads for the price. I'm sure it was human error on my part and I didn't read or understand what I was getting for the price.

Great service/product issue
Service was great, arrived very quickly. I know hematite can be broken but the ring broke 15 minutes after I put it on.

Thank you for letting up know! It may be a fault in the manufacturing or in the way it was handled in the shipping process. We will find out and make adjustments accordingly. In the meantime, give us a call and we can refund your card and/or send you a new one.

Hematite bead order
As always very good service &delivery! But.... I was very disappointed with the blue beads. Almost all of the holes had to be cleaned and reamed open. Sincerely Jim Barber

acceptable
The beads are nice but the clasp magnets are not strong enough. I have already lost 1 bracelet because of this. I'm not sure if I will purchase from them again.
