According to our records, your order came in on the Friday evening of the 29th of December and was shipped out on the 2nd of January. Due to the New Year's holiday, packages were not shipped until the following Tuesday after New Year's Day. We placed a banner on our website to give a heads-up regarding this delay. The tracking information, sent to you via email, indicates that you received your package this morning at 9:20am. Two to three days from the date shipped is a normal delivery time for package within the United States. During holiday weekends, we ask customers to notify us if they need their packages overnight or within a specified time. In your case, the holiday would have prevented us from shipping your package before the Tuesday following New Year's Day. However, if you would have notified us that you needed your package by Wednesday or Thursday, we would have gladly overnighted or sent it 2-Day delivery. I hope this helps you for future holiday shipping.

Janie, Absolutely! Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the products you receive from us. We make sure to check all products that leave our warehouse, but in the event that you receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations, we are happy to give you a refund, as long as the item is in it's original condition (not broken or chipped). Give us a call, and we will take care of this however you like.

Glenn, If ever you are not satisfied with a product you receive from us, please contact us and we will do our best to help you. Some of the smaller and thinner rings will have limited magnetic strength due to surface size, but the larger the size the greater the magnetism.
