Maureen
Prompt service, easy to use web site and gemstones that are exquisite in color and detail. I am always pleasantly surprise at the quality of their stones. They have a large choice of magnate also.

Marcy
I have shopped at Stateside Bead Supply for all of my magnetic bead supplies; however, my experience with my most recent order was not satisfactory. I ordered beads a week ago, paid for expedited shipping and I still have not received my items. This may be a combination of Stateside or the United States Postal Service, but I needed these beads for a rush order which I was not able to fulfill in time. I will continue to shop Stateside Bead Supply, but I felt since you asked for my opinion, I would give you my honest feedback.

Thank you Marcy, for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate it! We received your order on Saturday and it was shipped the following Monday morning. Unfortunately, USPS took a week to deliver your Priority Mail package. This may happen, as Priority Mail delivery is not guaranteed to arrive on a specific date. During the holiday season or whenever you need a package to arrive at a specific time, we encourage you to select 2 Day or 3 Day delivery which is a guaranteed delivery service. If you have any questions or need further assistance with your orders, please call or email us. Over the weekend, we check our emails regularly and can help you get what you need, when you need it. Hope this helps!
