I’m super happy with using Willow so far. The medication really works well, their doctors are always responsive and ready to help. Their customer service email seems to be working 24/7 and they are always super helpful and flexible.

I've been a Willow client for GLP-1s (tirzepatide) for over a year and their service has exceeded expectations. I was nervous to try a remote medical provider but the responsiveness and support of both the doctor and customer support team is excellent -- far better than any in-person provider I've ever used. Starting a GLP-1 can be both exciting and scary, and the ease of using Willow makes me feel confident in the care and the qualify of product. Simple, seamless process and great customer service. I needed to pause my account for 6 months while I was going through a tough time financially and it was quick and easy to do so. The doctors are also very responsive and the packages arrive on time and assembled with care. I would definitely recommend Willow without hesitation!

Honestly they are great always there when we needed them always … Every question answered,, the goal was reached every month on point the delivery was at our front door… lost 65 lbs in three months.. With a proper diet plenty of protein it was easy Willow was the best decision ever made

My experience with Willow has been very positive. Compared to Winona, Midi, and other online providers, Willow's doctors and patience care teams are very prompt to respond. Their strategy for collecting information and doing patient intake is thoughtful, applied, and effective. I will continue to use them for supplement care as I navigate middle age and perimenopause!

Great Experience so far. The doctor responds promptly, even on weekends and the customer service communication is great. Prescriptions come well packaged and timely. They do seem a little expensive compared with other advertised platforms but I don’t have experience with those others and that might just be at initiation so I’m not sure if it’s accurate. Overall, I’m very pleased.
