I believe this organization is not legitimate. I used them for six months and I never could talk to a human doctor. They always gave less than the dosage than they committed to and I paid for. They would raise the price every month but still send less than they committed toI don’t think the medicine was actually the compound that I was prescribed because I had terrible Reactions to their medicines. When I reached out about my complaints, no one responded to me within 2 to 3 weeksI’m now working with another organization who within the first week that medicine and compound works perfectly. I’ve worked with a doctor. This organization is charging more and is not legitimate. please do not use this organization. I think that they are dangerous. It is not worth it. please spread the word.

Lackluster customer service makes you feel like you’re talking into a void. My initial experience was less than. Like many others, I was approved and then it was radio silence. 4 weeks after the initial charge to my card, I received my first shipment. The next few arrived without any problems - but also without any real communication. The doctor kept upping the dose, without any information on my progress. Never asked how I was doing. I had a few issues obtaining receipts, but ultimately did get them. The CS response time is abysmal. The “app” is a mess. I received my most recent shipment on 8/20 (having been charged on 8/17). I reached out to my Dr to inform her I didn’t want to increase my dosage and wanted to hold at the current level. She agreed & said she’d make a change to the script for the next shipment. Apparently, this triggered a new order and charge on 8/25. On 8/27, after realizing this I contacted CS and was informed the new order had shipped and there would be no refund. I was advised to “discuss my schedule with my doctor” - which is a horrifically awful response. At the time of this review im waiting for resolution on a refund. I did not authorize a new order being placed and the error was completely Willow’s.

I, initially started with the tablets. These did nothing. Waste of money completely. Willow seems like a ploy to gouge money from its patients.

I've been using the tablets for two months. I've actually gained 3 pounds. I've had no side effects but I've also had no results. Actually eat pretty clean and healthy. I'm just gaining weight due to perimenopause and was hoping this could help This was a scam and a waste of money. I'm very sad. I don't have extra $300 a month to be spending for zero results. When I emailed the company to question them about this. They were quick to just give me a cancellation of subscription but with no explanation. don't waste your money.

I’ve been on multiple different semaglutide medications with different providers and saw great success. I wanted to switch to Willow’s oral with the hopes it would work similarly. After two full months, I can confidently say… the oral medication doesn’t work at all!! The company is falsely advertising. I wasted $600 and months of time. Also, their customer service is garbage. Just AI bots regurgitating fake sympathies. DO NOT ORDER GLP1s from this company. I’m going back to my original provider for the injection.

Dont bother with tablets - they don't work at all. I wish I had realized this before wasting $300. REsearch showed that only 1-2% of the medicine is absorbed via tablets, vs 100% of the injection. For all I know, I could have received sugar pills

I think they sell placebo products. They do nothing. I’ve been on a GLP-1 in the past and my experience with this product is completely different. Waste of money.

The Willow oral tablets are a scam. They do not work because the semaglutide compounded orally at the low dose offered is not bioavailable in the body. There is a reason these formulations are not FDA approved. This is a money grab and they will charge you for refills every 3 weeks. I was hopeful and gave it a try, but it was a waste of money. It took 2 weeks for my first order to arrive after I was charged $299 at sign up. One week after starting the medicine my refill went through, and another 3 weeks later my second. In all, I was charged $900 in 7 weeks and didn’t lose any weight. When I contacted the “doctor” they suggested that I switch to injections, which is contrary to Willow’s marketing. When I contacted the care team they were completely useless. I believe it’s an AI bot doing the communication.
