WillowReviews of startwillow.com

Super impressed with my experience. They are on top of things. I requested my order arrive before I depart the country and they were very helpful. They also offered to pause my account until i return. Fast response, quick solutions. Happy to start my first dose.

Batoul has been the best customer service agent. He followed my inquiry closely and followed up almost daily. I wish every company had someone like him on staff. Grateful to him! Thanks to him I received my medication

Great customer service, great medication, wonderful doctors

Willow was the first company to listen to what I have been looking for. Menopause has created some issues around stubborn weight and food noise. While I'm not one with a high BMI, it is still important that I can support these changes in a healthy way. My Dr. actually listened to me and provided a solution that will support my goals. The Support team has been wonderful as well - working through a delivery change that was needed at the last minute. I cannot recommend this company enough for those who are looking for an individualized conversation to address your concerns.

Very nice people! Thank you for helping us with our referral credit!

I’ve struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I was the kid who was always on a ‘diet,’ the teenager who felt out of place, and the adult who tried everything to change but never got anywhere. It was exhausting, both physically and emotionally. Then I found Willow. For the first time in my life, I feel like my body and my mind are on the same page. The medication helped me quiet the food noise that ruled my life for years. I’m 25 lbs down, but more importantly, I feel lighter mentally. I finally feel like I have control over my own body, and that’s something I never thought I’d be able to say.

Willow is hands down the best decision I’ve made for my health! The semaglutide injections have made it so much easier to lose weight—I don’t feel hungry all the time, and I don’t obsess over food anymore. I’ve lost 30 lbs, and I’m feeling more confident every day. Plus, their customer service is fantastic! 10/10 recommend!

Honestly, I never thought losing weight could be this simple. I started Willow five months ago, and I’m already 35 lbs down! The tirzepatide injections are easy to administer (seriously, I was terrified at first, but it’s painless), and they keep me feeling full all day. My favorite thing about Willow is how supportive the doctors are. I’ve had a few questions about adjusting my dose, and they responded so quickly with helpful advice. It feels like I have a real team behind me!
