Communication is great. It takes a very long time for things to process and meds to be shipped so that is my only Complaint. It took so long to get my first shipment that I’m nervous my 2nd month will take as long and I’ll have a gap in meds. I’m hopefully optimistic that that will not be the case and it will Be smooth sailing from here. Responsiveness from my Dr and customer service is excellent though.

So far my experience has been great! Other reviews did make me a bit worried but I figured I would try it. Though over all everything takse a little longer time wise (communications, processing, etc) I got clear communications and updates every couple days which I appreciate. I got my medicine and did my first injection this past Thursday. So far I am happy with my overall experience. I hope this quality continues throughout the refill/subscription process :) 🤞

Everyone has been great to work with me, it is a slow process so just be patient.

Personally I’ve had some wishy washy experiences with willow, BUT they have always corrected my issues for me. Communication has been great and the billing issue definitely had to be fixed with me having clear communication. I can say the one issue I always have is not being able to track my orders. I think that is something they need to work on and make it clear and visible on the profile. Other than that I love the new compound and company! Thank you!

It has been a month and I still haven't received the product ordered. Customer service takes days to respond and provides no information regarding the product. I would not recommend. Update: I received my product within a week of posting this review and heard from multiple people at customer service. When changing products, Dr Greene responded very quickly and within 10 days the new product was at my door.
