Amazing support and help!
If you are looking for a company that will fully support you in your weight loss journey—look no further. The doctors are amazing and responsive as is the customer service support. Just for reference, I started in November 2024 and have lost 25 pounds—slow and steady! I started at 137 pounds and the doctor has managed my progress perfectly without anything drastic. Look no further ❤️

Since starting Willow…
Since starting Willow , I’ve had to travel for work some , and they are more than helpful with my schedule on processing and shipping. everyone I’ve encountered from my assigned Dr, to the customer service representatives have been very very helpful. I feel like I am helped in a timely manner here even though you dont just pick up the phone and call ALL the communications with the staff have been pretty smooth through email and chat. I can really trust them to help with whatever I need. I will be sticking with them through the duration of my weight loss journey! Thanks Willow ❤️
