No one answers my e-mails
No one answers my e-mails, they won`t let me post on the facebooks group and the doctor won't give me a real feedback. Placed my order over 14 days ago and I still haven`t heard a thing about Willow answering me where is my package. Completely and absolutely dissapointed and worried now I got scammed since they already charged my card.

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced with a company. No way to contact them except via an email they sometimes respond to several days later. Issues with shipping on time (but of course no issue charging your card well before they send anything!) and now trying to cancel and no response. Have sent several emails and nothing. Be aware!!! This company is awful, do not do business with them!!!

Still waiting for my first refill.
Originally, I was pleased with Willow and the services they provided. However, my first refill has yet to show up. After several request for information, I received a 25% discount and a promise that it would be rectified immediately and I’m still waiting!! When reaching out it takes 3 to 4 days for someone to get back to me and when they do they are sympathetic, but cannot give me any other information other than the Pharmacy is overwhelmed, which leads me to believe they are not client orientated company! I have inquired, several times, and still no resolution or definite confirmation of shipping. At this time I don’t recommend this company. With several other vendors out there now I feel I may have better luck elsewhere. My refill should have been in my possession on March 25. It’s now April 14 and I still have no indication that I’ll ever receive it. Ironically I should be about to receive my second refill at this point.

I wish I had known the product would never come
I ordered and signed up based on a friend’s glowing review and experience. It’s been 14 days and I have not received any product, nor can I get a response from the help willow team. My physician has been kind but can’t do much to expedite the situation. I am sorely disappointed and wouldn’t have bothered if I could have gotten it in a more timely manner at another site a different colleague recommended.

No response to messages in over a week.
I received an email that my medication was ready for shipping over one week ago. I have never received the medication and multiple messages to Willow have gone unanswered. My credit card has been charged and I have nothing to show for it. Very concerning.

Start Willow is scamming us
The pharmacy Start Willow uses, Empower Compounding Pharmacy, in Las Vegas, was recently sued by Eli Lily, a manufacturer of ozempic and wegovy. My guess is Empower was served with a cease and desist and this has NOThING to do with a shortage of product. I think they are continuing to bill us and hoping their attorneys have a break through and they are able to ship product eventually. Willow, this is an unethical practice, to charge people for product you know you can’t supply. I have written the attorney general and Better Business Bureau. I encourage everyone to cancel their memberships before you too incur BS charges for product you won’t receive.

Be ware
Be ware! They charged my card and two weeks later I do not have my medication. I’ve messaged them daily for a week with zero response. I canceled my subscription and will be disputing the charges on my cc. This is a scam

Charged $1000, 2 weeks later crickets!!
I am posting here trying to get a response. And I DO NOT WANT THE SAME GENERIC ONE THAT IS ON EVERY ONE HERE!! Paid over $1000 for the 3 months option. Took my money the day I submitted. No shipment, told they were backed up when inquired and now can't get a response or how to cancel. My next step is legal actions Willow contact me in your portal at Tami (Tamela) Vickery. To everyone out there. FIND A DIFFERENT PROGRAM!!!
