Professional Platform with Notable Limitations
This review is accurate based on my personal experience as a customer. Pros: • Competitive pricing with no hidden fees, no shipping fees, and no extra charge for physician review • Shipping has been reliable and the sign-up process is straightforward • The telehealth platform is convenient to use from home • Staff have been professional when I’ve contacted them • Privacy and security appear to be maintained Areas for improvement: • Payment is required before completing the questionnaire • The platform can be glitchy and not always user-friendly • The overall process is not clearly explained upfront • Communication is limited to the portal, and responses can sometimes be unclear or incomplete • Dose adjustments are limited, and instructions submitted through the portal are sometimes not followed with clear guidance on next steps. For example, if you order monthly and want to change your dose, despite indicating the change on the reorder form, it is ignored. You must contact them prior to reorder a different dose. This was not communicated anywhere on the site. In essence, they will not change the dose even if the pharmacy agrees to change it based on your notes on the reorder form. You are stuck with the dose! • Delivery timelines are not clearly communicated, and updates are minimal until shipment. More consistent training across the support team and clearer instructions before ordering—especially outlining these scenarios—would significantly improve the overall experience.
