My first and last time
I regret switching to this company simply because of the pharmacy they use. Shipping time was VERY VERY SLOW, and once the medication arrived it was HOT, everything inside the package and the packaging itself was wet. I was not comfortable using the medication because it is suppose to be refrigerated , so arriving to me hot was a red flag, I asked to be refunded or to have another medication sent out to me, I was basically told that the medication was okay to use even though I expressed my concerns and described how I received it.( I also took pictures of everything) Needless to say it was my first and last purchase with them.

For context, for all orders, we communicate a standard 7–10 business day processing window due to medications being compounded to order for each patient. Regarding shipping, medications are packaged according to pharmacy protocols designed to maintain stability during transit. It is not uncommon for ice packs to thaw or for packaging to appear warm or damp upon delivery, depending on transit time and external conditions. This alone does not indicate that the medication has been compromised. We have general guidance from the pharamcy that we relay to customers, but in situations like this, the dispensing pharmacy is the appropriate party to evaluate the shipment. Pharmacies can confirm whether medication remains suitable for use under normal transit conditions. Patients are encouraged to contact the pharmacy directly so they can review any concerns, including photos if available. As outlined in our terms, prescription medications are not eligible for return, and we cannot refund once dispensed unless we have made an error. We understand that situations like this can feel concerning, even after receiving guidance, and we’re always here to help provide additional clarity.
