Start Engine Marketplace (ATS)
I reached out to Start Engine support with a question regarding the potential sale of Start Engine shares on the ATS (Start Engine Marketplace). Blake responded quickly to my request & also agreed to contact me when the window would open to place Start Engine shares on the companies' ATS. Tommy Buys Stock!
This was the first time I’ve tried investing by crowd fund. I had a bit of a snag making my purchase. When I asked for assistance the response was immediate. Basically I was trying to purchase using a MAC card on which I had put a spending limit. Hey, I opened that account thirty years ago, okay? But we worked that snag out rapidly and I made my purchase. My experience with customer service was great. If I was dealing with AI throughout that whole process, then fine. My problem got solved!

Easy to Use
This was one of the easiest investment tools I’ve used. I really like the fact that I was able to use ApplePay!! I plan to invest in FanBase again and I’m glad the process was simple!

Allowing the common man to get in on the ground floor
I love being able to invest in companies I believe in that are starting at the ground level. Start engine levels the playing field by allowing normal people like me to have a shot at getting in on the ground floor. And their customer service is quick, responsive, very polite and helpful.
