Startechtel.comReviews of startechtel.com

We received the refurbished ShoreTel phones quickly.

The employees are so helpful and work hard to be as useful and cooperate with the customer.

Startechtel.com is one of the best companies I have had to do business with. They are always on top of everything and all of the employees were ready to help me out. They made my job easier and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

We placed an order for a phone and a charger but only received the phone. When we were informed that there was an error with the part number listing and that the part number that we ordered didn't include the charger we still had to pay for shipping on the charger. We have all the necessary parts now which arrived in fine working condition. Not the worst experience but definitely not the best experience.

I love this company. They always go above and beyond whats required. I highly recommend Startechtel.com

Gabby is great. We will be using them again as we expand our business.

excellent service

I placed a couple of purchase orders earlier in the week with Gabby. I had the best customer service. She thoroughly dedicated 100 % of her time to assist with a pleasant ordering experience. I would highly recommend her if you are placing an order!!! THANKS GABBY YOU ROCK!!!
