I ordered a phone, they emailed me and said they ran out of stock but new stock was coming in, however I would need to pay a higher price. Because we are a school I cannot ammend Credit card orders so I had to cancel then re-order. Then when that one was supposed to ship they sent me an email stating that the phones failed quality check and cancelled my order, but they have the phone listed on their site for an even higher price now. Clearly they have stock, they just think they can get more money then they already agreed to sell it for. We will never use this company again.

The part I ordered is not what I received and it had goopy sticky stuff all over it. I tried to reach out to customer service and they never responded

They confirmed my order. Then cancelled it because I some how had stuff in my cart still. Whether or not I left stuff in the cart is irrelevant as I ourchesd something. The purchase was confirmed at the time of purchase and with. Follow up email confirming purchase. Was it a clerical error or a weird glitch, or devious business practices isn’t why I gave a three star. It was the fact I continuously tried to ask why via emails and got no response. At all. Until they emailed me asking to confirm delivery was made. This mind you is well after they cancelled my order. I mean really folks. This online shopping is getting out of hand. So I went to Best Buy and bought same product for the exact same price (minus shipping lol) and no hassle. The days of online shopping are dying and this company is proof of it. As is Amazon. I get nothing but shit products from there and constantly not as advertised. Oh and I have a lawsuit cuz some third party delivery person got scared of a barking dog and fell due to her own negligence. Let’s get back to normal shopping. Lazy ass humans. This is why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. And I’m one of the rich.

Great product at a great price.

I buy from these guys all the time. Even the used/refurbished equipment looks brand new. They do a great job! Now, on occasion you get a device that hasn't been defaulted (refurbished IP phones) which usually I can break into. But the one time I couldn't they swapped it out with zero issues.
