The selling point for this site was it's fast delivery. With that known I ordered a package two days ago for a birthday that is tomorrow but still haven't received my order. I emailed their support email three times and haven't gotten a response. Went on their fb page and left a message as well- no response. This gift was for my best friends deceased sister and I am severely disappointed that it hasn't arrived on time due to the nature of the circumstance. It's going on three days now and no one has replied to me. I'm highly unsatisfied.

I ordered my star register kit a week ago and have not recieved it yet. I have tried to email them at least twice a day and it just keeps saying the email cant be delivered. I feel that i have been scammed. Is there anyone out there who can help me report this to the authorities

I ordered the $35 name a star package several days ago. This is the one where you print the documents out yourself (and apparently no refunds allowed on this type I have since discovered), that according to their site will be delivered in PDF form within 12 hours of payment. We are going on a week and I have not received as much as an email. I have tried to contact them through the email they provide for concerns with no luck yet. I am becoming increasingly concerned that I have been scammed. My package was also supposed to include a free voucher for 10 lunar acres, a certificate of my registry, a star map, software to locate my star, and more. I have received nothing, not even information for logging in anywhere to obtain these things, and as far as I can tell the site does not have a sign in area, so how would one use the software if it exists? Can anyone who has actually received this package before please let me know how this works. Update: After posting this review I was emailed the digital delivery package. The star map shows the star I was given is a very brite star. So rocky start but all is well now.

Can I have a telephone number to contact someone as I've still not received my pack- I have already e-mailed you. Really dodgy.

Its been a week tomorrow since i bought my kit, and have yet to hear from you guys. It was supposed to be a Christmas Gift. I would like to hear back from someone. Brenna

Was going to order but found it's a digital copy, if it was sent in the post on quality papaer i would purchase. Not into printing stuff out. Many customers probably lost.

Sending you just a certificate via email so that means you have to print it out yourself and pay for the printing again because I don't want to print it in just regular paper. No return policy or any contact you can complain to. Not worth it. try other sites

We bought a star for my pops after his pet Parrot escaped and was later unfortunately found deceased in a pond near our place. This was a really nice way to memorialize Crackers and it helped my old man to feel a bit better during a tough time.
