Star RegisterReviews of starregister.org

I ordered the most expensive package for my partner and was very excited for the plaque to deliver. It showed as delivered on their site but it never arrived. I emailed them and still have not gotten a response after 24 hours. I suspect this company is a scam and would not recommend them unless I get a proper reply with either a full refund or an explanation and prompt delivery of the plaque. Update: they reached out and we will see if they fix it.

The principle idea is lovely and unique. However the deluxe pack is not worth the additional cost. You can print yourself for a few pounds using a print shop. I expected so much more from it as an aniversay gift. Raised it with the provider prior to this review and got no where. Very poor service.

WARNING...SCAM WEBSITE... Hello, I read your reply to my email about the 2 certificates that I've ordered from your company that still haven't arrived. You say things are held up by my mail service provider because of high demand over the holidays. We aren't in any holiday period in Australia and haven't been for months so how can you use that excuse?..... I have in good faith paid you $229 for the Spernova star package plus 2 of the certificates from you. All I have received is a email with links to print off copies of certain things which actually cost me more money to get them professionally printed. I've waited patiently for the certificates to arrive but still nothing. I asked you for the tracking numbers for the certificates that I paid you $150 for but you won't even supply me with them. You must know the tracking numbers as how else would you know why the delivery of the 2 certificates have been delayed?.... Again can you please supply me with the tracking numbers for the 2 certificates uve paid you for......I have looked at your refund policy and there is NO REFUND POLICY.....these certificates were bought after the death of a 44 year old man from Leukaemia who has 3 young children. Can you please do more to help me as I am so disappointed in what is happening. I've waited over a month. My order number is 164439 Thanks Brett Meyer

Well they never sent my registration number just the location never emailed me back after they replied I wanted my money back and I was ignored. Still no email back.

Was ready to plunk down hard earned money to buy a star. Did my research and found they misrepresented EVERYTHING! They have no authority to sell them anymore than I do! And they're not even associated with any scientific site that is! They're not even recognized by anyone who actually is in the scientific community and names the stars. Just another con.

First it's been 16 days and no package! Every time I send a email I get some bs tracking number from your site not the actual postal service tracking. I'm tired of hearing its on its way. I do believe it was never sent. When I ask for a refund I'm also told NO we will fight with the bank. Well in the USA if you don't receive what you pay for its called fraud and you get your money back! This was a very expensive personal gift that had a very special meaning and you have done nothing but give the run around. I would not recommend this site to anyone unless you want just the digital purchase but even then the coordinates are bogus. They don't exist but on thier site which looks like it's just a Screen shot of some random dot in the sky. Would not recommend to anyone! Buyers beware! Update: This site promised a full refund plus my FULL package would be sent out. I did receive the refund but only received some lousy piece of paper and when I went back to look up the coordinates they didn't exist anymore!

THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. THEY SAY THAT THEY OFFER TRACK AND TRACE BUT THEY DO NOT. I ORDERED STAR, NEVER RECEIVED ANY DISPATCH INFORMATION AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY SAID THAT MY "NATIONAL POSTAGE HANDLER DOESN'T OFFER TRACK AND TRACE". LIARS. YOU DIDN'T POST THE PARCEL IN ITALY - YOU HAD TO POST IT IN THE USA WHICH OFFERS TRACK AND TRACE. THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTENTION OF SENDING ANYTHING. THEY SIMPLY TAKE YOUR MONEY, SET YOUR "TRACKING" INFORMATION TO "IN TRANSIT" THEN CHANGE IT TO "DELIVERED". NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED AND I'VE REPORTED THEM TO THE FBI'S INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTRE (IC3).

THEY ARE A FRAUD!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!The way everything is shown on their website makes it look like you get all of that. The ONLY way to get all of it is to upgrade and pay another $55.00. I tried to cancel my order wthin probably 2-3 minutes after my bf looked over the site. They sent theatening email that says if you try to dispute this with your cc company we will fight it. That email in and of itself shows that what they are doing is fraud. I've never gotten an email like this from any other company. This just shows their charges get disputed all of the time. THE PEOPLE THAT GAVE THEM 5 STARS HAD TO BE PAID OR THEY WOULDN'T HAVE ALL THOSE 5 STARS.
