I paid €134 for the deluxe pack. I named a star after my parents and wrote a message to them in my native language. I received the e-mail with the pdf certificate promptly, and realized immediately that most of the spaces between the words in my message had been removed. I contacted them within 10 minutes of receiving the certificate, and they didn't reply for 10 days, which was when the physical copy arrived. Just like in the pdf, the message for my parents was completely messed up. I contacted them again asking for a replacement, for which I was asked to pay another €55. If you want to buy a star for somebody, leave the message part blank. It's safer to write the message in a letter.

I like the idea of buying a star but it did not come with much. Not sure if I'm missing anything but it only had the star certificate and a barcode, I emailed them 3x to ask how to find out which direction to look for the star at and how the barcode would work, but I did not get a response. Kinda annoying.

My certificate did not arrive in the 14 days promised and instead of stating WHO the star had been named for it has the date I ordered the star on... DISAPPOINTED I read your response... I DID get the certificate by email. But paid for and requested it be sent by mail. It said allow 14 days... I have NOT received it. The certificate that came by email. Does not have the recipients name... just the date where is name should go

I ordered the Supernova package and received nothing within the first 25 hours. I have written 2 separate emails to request help and to verify that my package will be coming in time, as it is a gift for my roommate. No one has responded to me. I am extremely upset at the lack of communication. I just want my package so I can give it to her before she leaves town.

Its been a week tomorrow since i bought my kit, and have yet to hear from you guys. It was supposed to be a Christmas Gift. I would like to hear back from someone. Brenna
