I had a star named after my daughter and within 24 hours I had a whole kit and got a code to get free lunar land!

I absolutely love the idea of being able to name a star. My daughter passed away in 2012. My other children always say the stars are for their sissy Kayleigh. I want to name one after her for them!

Hi i just want to say thank you so much for a beautiful gift you gave me for my family. My mum, dad and sister loved it! They all were in tears but felt happy coz now we finally have some closure as nan was cremated in London where she was born and lived for many years, although her n grandad moved to the coast and lived in a lovely little village for many years, when cancer beat her second time round but before God gave her, her wings her wish was to be cremated n placed next to her parents so we flew from aus to London to be with grandad then went to visit her before her service as we wanted to say good bye, :-( (worse thing ever!!) Any how we agreed to put half her ashes with her parents and half in a special box where dad n grandad bought her home back to Aus as grandad sold up his home to be close to us all. :-) (nans wish) ;-) anyhow as time went on we grew up and went own ways and had own families ect so we all couldnt take nan or part of her with us lol ;-) so I said one when the time was right i would love to do a name a star in her name, not long after thinking right the time is now good to do this as we also did one for my brother who passed which we did for my parents so they had closure then when hubs mums bday got close we thought what can we do? I suggested the star for his mum in the names of her 2 baby boys who sadly passed as she had no closure due to their graves being some where that wasnt where she was so she couldnt visit so now all she does she make a prey while looking up to the stars ;-) this replaced that thing that was missing in her heart n the guilt was gone as the boys are now together under the 1 star. ;-) she also shared a tear n loved it very much. :-) So this time I was lucky n blessed to win a free star naming for my nan and we all got a copy of the certificate which has n will always bring us closure. :-) perfect timing i think,if it meant to be then it will be :-) I found out today I gonna need second surgery on my spine due to a failure with a bone graft around the rod as I now have 2 fractures in 1 rod and 2 screws!!! So there a big chance it will need to be replaced as clearly the first one was too weak to support the fushion which was done 4 years ago when I was 28 going on 29. :-) a broken back is no fun at all but least I can.still walk for now and this time I will have my guiding stars which I can make wishes to and my angles to guide me :-) We all have this blessing which is a wonderful feeling. :-) so I just want to say thank you so much for making this happen for me and my family, timing couldnt had been any better as we all needed it :-) :-) this is something worth doing for sure. This is an honest review. I couldnt even find trust pilot reviews on the their facebook. There is no way to contact them except by email that your receive from your order. I order a star for my recently passed mother in law for my wife. They talked about kits. This was a present for Christmas and they sent me downloads but showed these beautiful display layouts etc. Dont fall for it, IT a PDF download. I am so upset and hate being deceived. I was told it is in the more less fine print they don't do displays yet they clearly show a nice layout Even when I put in my brief description, it came out in wing dings. I think they should at least check to see if it matches which it clearly didnt, see below. You tell me anyone in their right mind would do this. I just hope they will do right by me as this means more than some purchase. This Star will always shine for you, and show you the way to our hearts. ♥ We will love you always and forever∞ I will admit they do deliver a download in 24 hours, but I cant do anything with a download. I was looking at the kit to display. If you want a piece of paper you can print out on a home printer, this is your company

I've been waiting for my kit for 7 days now, it's supposed to be sent via email within 24 hours. I have sent 2 emails reminding them of my request but I didn't even get a reply. Looking at other reviews, I don't think I will ever get it :(

I ordered a star to be named and received the product in the end. The name on the certificate is different than the one I stated for the star to be named after. I have proof what I requisted for it to be and I also mailed them for help but they haven't responded.

I just placed an order on the website. There was a error message after submitting the order so I verified the information and placed order again. Received a second error message. Checked my credit card and saw that I was hit with two charges. I went to call company and realized there is no merchant contact for this company and my card company could not provide it either. I have no idea if I placed an order twice, once, or not at all. Extremely disappointed and feeling like I've been scammed. Sent an email to the company and waiting for a response while reading other horrible reviews. Hope this is resolved quickly.

A mate of mine ordered a star for his little sister before he passed awSy so she would have something to remember him by. He left it to me to oversee it. The certificate hasn't turned up over a month later even though it was paid for immediately. It's a real scam. They even deleted comments on their fb page from complaining customers! I'm really cranky and will be reporting the business
