Starluck FlowersReviews of starluckflowers.com

I order a funeral flowers they took my money then hour later can't do it and never refund me how low can they go for a love one took my money never got NOTHING not ever my money $70 buyer beware don't order from here

I placed three orders in July. I was emailed they were not able to complete these orders. I was charged but never refunded. I received a email saying a refund was given, but never saw it on my cc statement. This is now an ongoing issue. I have emailed multple times and called to be told the refund is in process. its been over a month and still no refund. What a horrible business.

I ordered an arrangement of flowers to be delivered that never arrived and was told I was going to be refunded my money and never received the refund either.

They canceled my order by email saying they refunded my money then never sent it. I have read many reviews the same it is a total scam. This is a big disservice to hard working florists.

SCAMMERS!!! i placed an order online 8/14/25. they quickly took my money and within seconds after they cancelled my order. as of 8/29/25 i still have not received a refund. I have called and emailed them every day and keep getting the same response that it could take 1-3 days. this cannot be a legit business. I filed a complaint with the BBB

*reply to owner* Of course the refund is complete now. As stated, my credit union retrieved the funds. Everything I stated was the truth with my experience with your company and rude employees. It is sad thar it took my Credit Union' s fraud department getting involved for me to get my refund. I hope people read these reviews and do not do business with you. *original review* These guys are absolute scammers. They had no problem quickly charging my card. then within an hour they cancelled my order because they said they didn't have what I ordered. They said they would refund it. Here it is, over 2 weeks later and they haven't refunded my money back. I called them to check on the status and they had a nasty attitude. their phone kept cutting out and they were hard to hear and after asking if they resubmitted the order they shouted that they already told me. what is their problem? just a bunch of dirty animals working there. I ended up filing fraud charges with my credit union and will let them deal with these dirty good for nothing scammers.

The order was cancelled by Starluck Flowers after payment was received. Four weeks later, I am still waiting for a refund that was promised the next day. STAY AWAY! Buyer beware.

I placed an order with Starluck Flowers after they appeared online as a local florist in my area. After they accepted my payment, they abruptly cancelled the order. It’s now been 35 days since that cancellation, and despite five follow-up emails, all I’ve received are vague replies saying they are “working on my issue.” No refund has ever been processed. After this experience, I researched the company and found numerous similar complaints on Trustpilot, BBB, and Reddit, all describing the same pattern—orders accepted, cancelled, and refunds delayed or never issued. Many reviewers call the company a scam. Their own website claims a “100% Refund Guarantee” within 10 business days, yet dozens of people—including me—have waited weeks or months without resolution. Summary: • Misrepresented themselves as a local florist. • Cancelled my order after taking payment. • Multiple unfulfilled refund promises over 35 days. • Consistent with many online complaints warning of the same issue. Recommendation: Avoid ordering from Starluck Flowers. Use a florist with a verified physical location and proven customer service record. If you’ve already placed an order and are in the same situation, contact your bank or credit card company immediately to dispute the charge.
