They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau as fraudulent. I placed an order on September 14th 2025, then immediately after that, I received an email saying they cannot deliver to my area. It's been 10 days and no refund, so I disputed with my bank and contacted my attorney.

They don't deserve any stars!! I ordered flowers to be delivered and as soon as the money was removed from my account, THEY canceled the order. Every time I asked about my refund, they said they were working on it. That was in July and I still haven't seen it. These people are just thieves!

On our flower delivery service we partner with local florist that we have come to know really well over the years. The quick response is a testament that we recognized rather quickly that your order could not be sent. This quick turnaround is part of our great delivery service because it gives you the opportunity to select something else to purchase or maybe find another florist. I will look to see the reason for your delayed refund and I’d like for you to please look at your account now because I have looked into this and I see your card was indeed refunded. I placed an order with Starluck on July 7th for a bouquet worth about $91. After entering the delivery address, I immediately received an email saying it was outside their delivery area. I requested a refund, but to this day I still haven’t received it.I’ve called multiple times—last week I was told the refund would arrive within three days, and today I was told the same thing again. When I politely asked for a confirmation of the refund, the person I spoke with called me impatient and hung up on me. This has been frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I paid for something I never received, and instead of good customer service, I’ve been met with rudeness and no resolution.

Hello I have personally looked into this for you and see that a refund was made we have a confirmation from the bank. Would you please look again for Starluck Flowers as I am sure the refund is there… If you need more assistance I’m always here to reply. On our end I will review all your interactions with our staff to make sure they have been courteous and if they have not we will take further action. I’m really sorry about this but sometimes there are errors beyond our control and so the agents weee being shown a refund from the bank side. Again please feel free to reply here if you don’t see the refund.

This company is nothing but a scam... look at the time between positive reviews, and the days... it has to be the company doing it... they are all invited and they are all within the same time frame as each other... the real thing is they don't deliver your flowers... they didn't mine... I had to keep emailing daily to get a refund because their "company policy " which is just a way to hold your money for their interest earnings from their average daily balance... so be warned... the negative reviews is what to expect... you should contact a real local florist rather than trust this company... and yes I got my refund... but I will make sure every review i can send i will to make sure people are as well informed as possible about this company.

I ordered a Snack Crate for my brother for $197.92 on June 28th to be delivered June 29th, they cancelled and sent me an email that they would refund my money and after me sending 3 more emails and it is now Sept 16th, I still have not received my money back! I think they are a scam operation and I will make sure to leave this review so others don't loose their money also!!
