This is a straight up fraud! Please do not trust these people. They're out of New York and I don't even think that they have any local Colorado companies. One person told me that my order was canceled and a refund was issued, a few minutes after that, a man called me and asked me all about my arrangement. I told him that it was for my mother's 75th birthday and the man's said okay great, verified all the bouquet details, the delivery details etc. He then informed me that he had call the delivery driver, put me on hold for about 60 seconds, and then came back and said everything is all set for tomorrow. Needless to say the flowers never came. He tried to get me to fill out this review on the phone right then and there I should've known there was something sketchy going on because of that alone... I'm so disappointed, he was so nice to me, knowing that he was pulling one over on me. They will not return any of my calls, I called that guy who was supposed to be the manager and designer, and he sends me straight to hold and never answered the phone. When he was taking my order, he answered on the first ring. Starluck flowers will not reach out to me either. I am heartbroken my mother never got her birthday flowers.

This company is a scam. Ordered flowers and immediately received cancellation notice with a refund within ten days. After a month without a refund and multiple calls to the company, I’ve had to dispute the charges. I recommend not using this company.

I placed an order this morning for flowers to be delivered today only to get an email telling me my order had been canceled because their florist could not deliver but it’s going to take 10 business days to get my money back. This is a scam.

Placed an order by phone with woman who seemed very helpful and claimed to know the address for delivery. Almost immediately received an email cancelling the order and promising a refund. No refund in spite of six emails each resulting in fulsome apologies and promises to sort it! In the end I claimed a cash back from my credit card provider. Do not use! Well what a suprise. A refund from Starluck has just appeared in my account. Only seven weeks after my order was cancelled. Obviously my credit card provider was more effective in persuading them to give the refund than I was!

Placed order today at 1pm. Got a confirmation on the order, it says same day delivery but its been 4 hrs. Can't track the oder and when I called it says call back during business hours. How are u gonna deliver the same day but your. Closed? Total scam!

Terrible service never even got the flowers, will never even mention this business

I ordered flowers to be delivered and as soon as the money was removed from my account, they canceled the order. Every time I asked about my refund, they said they were working on it, but like everyone else... my money has not been returned.

They take your order, never fill it, and hope you don’t notice that nothing was delivered. It’s a scam. They say the florist alerts them that they cannot fulfill the request and they refund you , but that’s BS. They hope you don’t realize your order wasn’t fulfilled, and only refund you after you call to check on the order which I only did 3 days after they were supposed to be delivered because my recipient never mentioned to me that she received them, which I thought was strange.
