If there was a lower rating I would have given it!!! Robertha could not fill the order for our 61st anniversary and said she would refund our money. THAT WAS 10 DAYS AGO! So when I wrote her today she said SHE WAS WORKING ON IT. I don't believe her. I contacted my credit card company and they helped with a fraud report

I would give it a zero if it were an option. Same story as most of the others. Took my order and my money and then cancelled my order promising a refund. Never received a refund after several attempts to contact them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for a friend who suffered a loss in their family. The transaction went through but the flowers were never delivered. I called to see what happened and they were very rude to me, saying the transaction was declined. I told them I saw the charge pending on my account and received a confirmation email. They told me I needed to call my bank and hung up on me. I called back and the same thing happened again, I got hung up on. This is a scam, highly do not recommend. Edit after seeing the reply from the business. The refund was not processed until after I posted negative online reviews and went to the BBB. If the "flowers" were the problem, why was I not contacted to tell me the delivery would be delayed or asked to pick another bouquet? And why then did two customer service representatives tell me the order wasn't delivered due to my credit card declining? This response is bogus and further confirms that this company is a scam and unreliable.

Hi Melissa! Your refund was placed within our refund policy timeline and actually rather quickly. Please keep in mind that weekends don’t count so the weekend, I believe, made it seem a bit longer for you. On the other hand I sincerely apologize for the conduct of our customer service agents! I’ll review who you spoke to and will absolutely hold them accountable for hanging up the phone on you. The blue colors on the bouquet were the problem as we could not find the blue which was the most integral part of this bouquet so we cancelled your order.

This is a SCAM. I had a terrible experience with this flower delivery company. After speaking with a representative who guaranteed my order would be delivered, my order was canceled at the last minute—with no explanation. To make things worse, I was charged $70 and have yet to receive a refund. When I called customer service to resolve the issue, I was put on hold forever and never got any real help. Now I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This was incredibly disappointing, and I cannot recommend this service. Trust is important, and this company has lost mine.
