Never got the flowers and never got a cancellation email or call. Was for my anniversary called for an explanation and service representative was rude and hung up on me twice!! Never using them again!! Abysmal service

I placed an order then you canceled my order without any explanation. You take my money instantly. But you want to.make.me wait 5 to 10 business days to refund my money. You suck. Dont ever order from these ppl

SCAM!!! The website initially declined two of my Capital One cards! (Should’ve known.) Called the company spoke with a Sarah and gave her all my information again, after running the card again, she then tells me they are having issues with Capital One(they are blocked from Capital One FYI) and the delivery address. Told me flowers would be delivered within two hours! 10 minutes later I received a cancellation notice stating a refund would be sent! Called the company back only to be told the delivery address is outside of their zone! Sarah definitely should’ve known that, but proceeded with the order! The representative told me it’s nothing they can do and to wait for my refund! I will be reporting this to every outlet and BBB!

This is a scam!!!!! Don't use this company. They take your money and don't deliver flowers. I'm not sure why the FBI hasn't stopped this. It's a straight up scam.

Don't trust the website. It's a fraudulent website and they will take your money and then cancel your order. You'll email them to get your money back and the keep saying there working on it and you never receive it back.

Placed a flower order that was canceled by the company. Was promised a refund and never received it. This company is a SCAM! Edit: Finally after threatening to call the FBI and BBB for credit card fraud I was finally issued my refund. If this is a legitimate company they need work to be sure they are able to fulfill the order before charging your card and issue timely refunds. Also pay attention to these reviews, all of the "unprompted reviews" are negative and prompted reviews are positive. Seems like the company is falsely inflating their rating.

Hello Tyler, we have reached out to you multiple times. The system is not allowing a refund. I have personally tried and the system is declining this refund for multiple reasons. Please contact your bank to resolve this issue. There is an issue with your card. If you need further details please send me a message.

Scam site. Accepted my order for funeral flowers. Charged my credit card $150 immediately. Next day canceled my order with no explanation given. 14 days later, still no refund. Called them and it sounded like an Indian call center. they said wait longer. Disputing the charge with Visa. Update: I can confirm that I was finally given a refund, on the fourteenth day of the original order. I had already received a credit from Visa. Obviously, writing this review and contacting Visa prompted them to act. I highly doubt I would have received a refund otherwise. A few comments about their reply to my review - 1) if delivery was impossible to Richfield, Utah, why accept the order? Your site said “we specialize in last minute deliveries in all of Richfield” in bold red letters. 2) why does it take 14 days to refund a non-order? There is no reason not to give our money back if the order is canceled. It is basically instantaneous with Visa. 3) why charge a credit card before you are certain you can fill the order. Their website lists an address in Las Vegas. I drove by and it is not a florist shop. They are not listed with the Nevada Secretary of State and do not show up on a business license search of Clark county, Nevada by name or at that address. Maybe others have better luck than I had but I am skeptical of the five star ratings on this site. They have a one star rating with the better business bureau. Nearly all 130 plus comments say the same thing as my experience - canceled order and no refund. You shouldn’t have to call them for action, dispute it with Visa or file negative reviews to get money back.

Hello James! How are you? The refund was sent out and within our policy but sometimes weekends get in the way and kinda makes it look like the refund is extended or delayed. Please take a look for Starluck Flowers and you will see the refund we have also sent you another receipt of the refund! Please if you still have issue, write to me here and I can guide you on how to look for the refund. We emailed you immediately as our local florist partner could not make it for this funeral and so from our end we are sorry but we tried without being able to send the flowers for you! Actually on this one I think delivery was impossible.

I ordered same day delivery flowers and gave my payment info. Several minutes later, after charging my card, they cancelled my order and said they could not provide service. They advised me my refund was issued. It’s been three weeks and still no refund. I checked with Starluck and she was “looking into it “. I’ve turned it into my credit card company to handle.

Hello my dear! Yes, the pumpkin was not possible and important so we couldn’t send anything in its place. We issued the refund and verified it with you. We hope you can shop from us again and please drop me a note next time prior to your purchase and I’ll make sure we absolutely get you something that can be sent same day!
