haven’t heard anything about my orders and my Daughter haven’t receive any flowers!!!! So disappointed!!!! I need my money back!

The bouquet I paid for had 6 roses in it and they sent 3 roses and less than half of the other flowers. Very cheap looking, I’m embarrassed! Upon arriving to my relative’s home and seeing the bouquet, they even said I should get my money back. Everyone laughed at the pathetic bouquet that was sparse in flowers, It certainly didn’t look like it came from a professional florist.

This company is a complete scam!!! They pay for their reviews. Look them up online first!!! Unlimited reports to the Better Business Bureau as a Scam Site. They will probably delete this review. Working a month to get a refund that they said they gave me and didn't. They say they are local and then cancel your order saying there is nobody in your area to fullfill the order. Complete fraud. They then send you an email saying they refunded you. However, they never do. They keep you in a loop saying they are working on it. They then do not answer the phone, and when they do, they forward you to hold forever. Had to file with my bank and BBB. It is a chinese scam!!!

From other reviews it seems like not a scam, but completely unreliable. I placed an order for a friend and got a cancelation email 10 minutes later with zero detail. I called, had someone pick up and after I explained they said one moment and hung up. Then I called back and waited on hold for 45 minutes before giving up. I can only hope I actually get a refund or else I’d give a zero star review. Go with anyone else.

I ordered flowers online from them and after charging me, they cancelled my order. They have still not refunded me, over a month later. I have called every week to only get the same answer- “we assure you, your order will be refunded in 2-3 business days”. It NEVER has. Please save yourself a hassle & do not use this company.

I'd give zero stars if it were possible. They falsely claimed that they were a local company and could deliver my order that day. Not long after, I received a cancellation email due to a lack of availability from local florists. They also claimed that I would receieve a refund within 5 to 10 business days. More than a month later and follow up emails with more false claims, I still have not been refunded. Do not order from them! They are a scam! Any positive reviews are fictitious!

Order cancelled and no refund. SCAM. Don’t use.
