If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are quick to take your money. No service no flowers. Total SCAM. I have the same exact story as the rest of the negative reviews. My bank covered my expenses because they never did. These people should be investigated immediately!

Beware!!! This company is a complete scam!!! I purchased flowers from them for a friend who had just given birth. Upon purchase, I immediately received an email stating that they had cancelled my order and that I would receive a refund. Almost 2 months later, and I have yet to receive it. I have called the number on the website several times, and each time the rep says I will receive my refund in 4-5 days. All lies. I have still not received my $77 refund. The sad thing is that this company takes advantage of people when they are trying to do something generous for the people they care about. So sad!

Hiii Sabrina! I took a look into this for you, and your refund has already been completed on our end. Please check your statement for “Starluck Flowers,” and if it hasn’t appeared yet, just reach out here and I can help you track it down. Regarding your order for How Sweet It Is, our local florist partner wasn’t able to prepare that arrangement, so the order was cancelled and the refund was issued right after. I’ve shared your feedback with our team as well so they can work on improving availability and communication moving forward. Thank you for taking the time to leave your comment — it really helps us make things better.

I ordered flowers for a friend and my credit card was charged immediately. I received an email early the next morning telling me that the order was cancelled for unspecified reasons and that my refund was processed. After almost 10 days I had not received the refund and I followed up with an email. My email was responded to saying that they were still “working” on it. After another 5 days my refund still had not been processed so I followed up again and got the same response. I did some research and found out that this is a common occurrence with this vendor. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I hope that this finally generates the refund. Buyer be ware using this vendor.

Hiii Janet! I checked on this for you and your refund has already been processed — the funds should be in your account now. If you don’t see it yet, just write to me here and I can help you look it up. About your order for the Enchanted Cottage, the lavender needed for that arrangement wasn’t available at our local florist partner, so they couldn’t complete it this time. I also passed this along to our team so they can work on the availability issue going forward. Thank you for your comment — it truly helps us improve!

Scam. As soon as I ordered I received a message that it can’t be done and it’ll receive a refund. I’ve called a few times and get the same run around “a supervisor needs to review it.” Months later and still not refund

Hello Evelyn! I have checked and double-checked your order, and I can verify that your refund has been processed and is officially showing on our end! Please take a look at your bank statement for "Starluck Flowers" to see the funds. The reason for the cancellation was that our local partner could not fulfill the Fall Blush Bouquet due to stock availability in your area. I'm here if you need any further assistance locating that transaction! Warm regards,
Teresa D.
Placed 2 orders on the same day. Delivery was canceled with no explanation. After 2 days, someone finally answered, stated a refund was submitted, refund was not given. Account was charged for both orders

Delivery never showed up. Have requested cancellation and refund. Hopefully I will get it.

Hi Laurel, Due to the extremely heavy Thanksgiving and holiday delivery rush, our local florist was unable to complete the delivery on time. I’m truly sorry for this inconvenience — we know how important this order was. As promised, we’ve already processed your full refund back to your original payment method.

Charged my card before they even had a florist lined up to Fulfil my order and it’s been a month now and I still haven’t gotten a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
