This business is a scam. I placed an order, the funds were immediately taken, within a few minutes a cancellation came through, Starluck says it doesn't deliver to the area specified. They said a refund would be forthcoming in 3-5 business days. After 11 business days, no refund. Today they tell me it takes 5 to 10 business days. AVOID any interaction with Starluck flowers or you will be out of luck. After numerous calls and email messages. Starluck refunded me. However, their latest excuse is that the local florist ran out of white lilies. During each prior interaction, they indicated that the address was out of their service area. Not a credible, reliable business. Shop elsewhere.

Horrible company. I ordered flowers to be sent that day. Then received an email saying they couldn’t deliver my flowers ( to a location right down the street) and I would be receiving a refund. They still processed my order even though they couldn’t deliver them. And it’s been a month and I still have no received my refund.

TOTAL SCAM. You’ll never ever get your refund! PLEASE REPORT THIS PLACE TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. The address is 848 N. Rainbow Blvd suite 2053. Las Vegas, NV 89107. Also they all have a Middle Eastern accent. Go figure. It’s our money funding their military. To come back and invade our USA!

I placed an order for a delivery and 20 minutes later they told me that they didn't have a florist in the area and a refund had been issued. I placed the order on November 16th and still have not been refunded. I have called various times and I am getting the run around saying that it is in process. They are scammers and my credit card company is disputing the charges.

TERRIBLE company. Do NOT use. Total SCAM!! I ordered "same day flowers" (w/ $10 processing fee PLU tax... red flag, if only I'd paid attention), received email "confirmation" (w/o tracking), waited til end of day, NO flowers. Called multiple times, on hold indefinitely w/ no answer. I email complained, and received email reply saying "you have been refunded." Refund NEVER came. I email followed up several days later to complain again. Reply was "we will work on this." Refund NEVER came. Do NOT pour your money down drain! SCAM SCAM SCAM. (I should've read reviews first... This scam relies on folx in hurry for "same-day" delivery... folx who don't read reviews before placing order.)

Shameful , I ordered flowers for a same day delivery Dec 7, 2025, I called to make sure they could deliver today , the person who answered assured me once i place and pay for the order it would be delivered today , this is for a death, it needed to be delivered , about an hour later i get an email my order was canceled ??? Tried to call again no answer , they should be ashamed and this is the second company , my next review is for the first company i called took the money canceled the order. Whatever happened to customer service ...find a local shop these webs sites are very deceiving

I ordered flowers November 15th, only to wake up the next day and the order was cancelled by them due to inability to fill it. BUT they didn’t cancel my debit card transaction. Their email apologized for canceling and said I would be reimbursed in 5-10 days. It’s now December 5, and I still haven’t been reimbursed. When I inquire, they say they are working on it. I’ve had to contact my bank to dispute it.
