The flowers were never delivered to my father's funeral. No call, no notice, NOTHING. This company has over 700 complaints against them for the same thing, no delivery and either no refund as promised, or huge delays in returning the money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered some flowers for the same day, delivery and thieves never arrived.

Charged my credit card, then said they couldn’t fulfill it, and it would take 5-10 days to refund. Just not right. Determine if an order can be filled before charging. What a dubious and dishonest business model. Recommend using another florist

Ordered, was cancelled by them within hours, saying they did not have the flowers and or could not deliver to my area. Well, it seems this is a pattern if you see comments here and yelp. This is clearly a scam, and I encourage all of you to flood the local DA office in Las Vegas, as sometimes the DA has responsibility to prevent business fraud. I am going to write them next. I saw she had a Mexican name and that some commented about this, and so I used my vulgar and obscene abilities in Spanish to dope slap this failed human. No local florist company listed. Lots of bad reviews. Just like orher reviews written, my flowers ordered did not arrive at all. While someone in did reply to my cancel and refund request, I'm not convinced this will actually happen. Orher reviewers were told a refund was on the way, but never received it. Many reviewers had the same experience.

Like everyone has pointed out, this is a scam. They take your money, and next day respond with 'order is cancelled' and will refund in 5-10 days!! I wanted to give them a benefit of doubt but now I know, these guys are scammers. SO don't even try to order from here.

Received notification that delivery could not be made. Refund to my credit card was never made. Contacted the company, only to receive a prompt response with the promise the issue would be resolved in 5 business days. No resolution after 6 weeks. Contact number provided automatically disconnects. Do not use this service.

Cancelled order the same day orderd.. refund in 5- 10 business days after several calls to them same reply a couple more days!! After 13 days nothing.. I am so pissed at this place.. I am calling BBB.. and my bank.. do not order from this place..
