This company is a scam...I just ordered wreaths for my family graves in New Vernon, NJ...I called and talked to a man...he took my credit card information...told me he was in Morristown and took my order. He promised it would be delivered tomorrow...3 minutes later my order was cancelled...what a joke and scam!!!!! This person lied to me...he said he was from a florist in Morristown, NJ an old company..he lied and so did they!!!! They took advantage of someone who lives away from their family gravesites..and want to decorate them..scumbags..it even cost me 30 dollars just to talk to this man..he knew I was paying euros every minute..you disgust me!!!!

UNRELIABLE! DO NOT USE Placed an order for a birthday with them only to find out later in the afternoon on the day they cancelled it saying the local florist could not deliver. They impersonate to be local but are not plus obviously unreliable!!!

Ordered flowers yesterday and received a cancellation this morning. No reason. Just cancelled. We'll see if I actually get my money back. This order was last week. I just checked my bank account and it was charged and has not been refunded.

Its a scam. Ordered flowers for a funeral. Received confirmation. Next day recieved a cancellation. Contacted them, told it was an issue with the local supplier and I'd be refunded. Followed up several times over weeks and told it would be resolved. It wasnt. Had to get refund back through my bank. Avoid avoid avoid!

The company canceled my order not even an hour after placing order. I looked at them since they were to service area where my friend lived. I have called, sent emails and have not received my REFUND as in 10 business days. It will be a month in a minute and keep stating that my refund will be on my account. Why so many problems to return monies when they had no problem to INSTANTLY take my money. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

I ordered flowers on Friday. It is now Thursday they canceled my order said they were doing a refund. I finally got the refund last night and woke up this morning to them charging me another $89 never got anything

I spent my last 80 dollars to send flowers to a family member's funeral . Only to later see an oder cancelation email. They never attempted to call me to pick a new arrangement , which is common in ordering flower. Then to say it will take 10 business days for a refund is Diabolical in my eyes. I later looked up the reviews, which I should have done from the beginning. There are a few positive customer reviews on the site, but in my online research, reviews are over 90% negative. Please don't order from this place. They should be shut down immediately.

I agree with a lot of reviewers here. Ordered flowers, order was cancelled due to nobody in the area to deliver. Refund has still not come through. This company is not one anybody should do business with.
